ORDER CANCELLATION

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@caseles.com within 24 hours. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it within 60 days of receipt under our Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Caseles purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging/tags.

  • Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Process: To start a return, email us at support@caseles.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide the return instructions within 72 hours (working days).

  • Please be aware that as our processing center is located in Asia, international return shipping costs may apply. Contact us for the specific return address before sending items back.
  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with UK/EU consumer laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Exchanges: We offer one exchange per order within 60 days. Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your original item.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

COUPON CODES

  • Forgot to apply a code? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been shipped.
