60-Day Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- To start a return: Email support@caseles.com with your tracking number and a photo of the item. We’ll confirm your request within 72 hours (working days).
- Refunds appear on your account within 3–5 business days after approval.

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
According to UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Process: Please email support@caseles.com within 14 days to start your return.

All authorized returns must be sent to our central hub in Hong Kong. Do not return to the address on the shipping label.
